This module allows the xpand-o-rama to communicate with the 3.5" 2.88MB floppy drive used in NeXT computers. This drive has all of its signal pins physically flipped from the normal orientation of a 3.5" drive and it also provides drive power via the 34-pin ribbon cable. Using this on a drive other than the exact model specified will result in a very bad day spent with a flaming floppy drive.
This is only the module and you need to provide all cabling to physically link to the drive.
