This adapter will allow you to connect bare (internal) Mac drives to your Applesauce without needing to use an A9M0106 drive enclosure. This is a new version designed to work better with the Applesauce+, but is also compatible with earlier Applesauce revisions.
It is compatible with the following drive mechanisms:
- Sony MFD-51W (800K)
- Sony MP-F75W (SuperDrive)
- Mitsubishi MF355F (later SuperDrive)
Must be plugged directly into the 19-pin port on the Applesauce and cannot be daisy chained from another drive. Do not attempt to connect up a 400K drive as bad things can happen!
